Solution de contournement

Following is the reason we can put for Nimbus 039144 ( <L10N> Cannot find the include file "\ArcGIS\DataInterop\FME\build\foundation\util\general\buildstring.h" in ArcGIS 9.3 Localization compilation) ====We provide the following workaround for 9.3: 1) In L10N toolkit in 9.3, modify .rc2 file in each project under GUI\Main\ResourceOnlyDll\DataInterop\DataInterop Replace original line: “#include "\ArcGIS\DataInterop\FME\build\foundation\util\general\buildstring.h" with #include “buildstring.h”. 2) Copy buildstring.h under GUI\Main\ResourceOnlyDll.3) Compile the project. No error should be occurred. In release of 9.4 the plan of localizing IDE is TBD. Therefore at this point we are going to close the bug as “As Designed”. JRNov. 21, 20089.3 SP1
