The model created in ArcMap carries forward the bug, but the issue is resolved in ArcGIS Pro when building the model anew.Solution de contournement
- Add an intermediate Make Feature Layer tool between the target or join inline variables and the Spatial Join tool.
- Create a new model from scratch in ArcGIS Pro.
