ITopologicalOperator.Cut results in exception when the polygon has a geometry issue in ArcObjects 10.4.1.

The problem cannot be reproduced with the latter release, and a hot fix for 10.4.1 was not asked.Solution de contournement
Use the ITopologicalOperator4.cut2() method as a workaround. However this method cannot distinguish the left and right geometry.
