Bogue

It takes a longer to remove layers from the ArcMap Table Of Contents (TOC) when the Update tab is enabled on the Manage Features window.

This is an issue that cannot easily be solved without a substantial change to the current functionality. However, a workaround has been provided.

- On the Manage Features window, enable the Create tab before removing layers from the ArcMap Table of Contents.
