It is not possible to switch directly between multiple custom projections in the Map Properties window ArcGIS Pro.

The copy-and-modify function now automatically adds and _1 or similar to ensure the names are unique.Solution de contournement
- Name the custom projections with unique names.
- Edit the names using a text editor, such as Notepad++, to ensure the projections have unique names.
This workaround may not work in every situation.
