This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4 and 3.3.3.Solution de contournement
- Use the Apply Symbology From Layer tool to import the symbology from a similar layer.
- Edit the 'Maximum number of unique values to display' parameter within the Raster and Imagery ArcGIS Pro options. Ensure the value is large, for example, 999999999.
