Bogue
Intermittently, the append jobs on services1.arcgis.com display the status "Pending" indefinitely, and the job never completes or fails in the network traffic or user interface.

There have been various enhancements and fixes planned and merged to better support append job execution and error handling. There are enhancements already added in the past couple of releases and more planned for the upcoming release. If users still experience these issues following the R3 release, a new issue needs to be opened with a description summarizing the failure.Solution de contournement
Resubmit the append job. In most cases, job retries and second attempts are successful.
