This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Solution de contournement
- Open ArcGIS Pro and navigate to the Python Package Manager.
- Ensure work is being carried out within the cloned environment.
- Use the search functionality in the Package Manager to search for the package named timm (a PyTorch image model package).
- Select timm from the search results and click Install.
- This process also installs PyTorch as a dependency.
