This functionality is released prematurely and rolled out of Insights for ArcGIS (Online). This causes some issues on Insights for ArcGIS (Enterprise). Please apply Insights for ArcGIS 3.0 Quality Patch (https://support.esri.com/en/download/7662) to the Insights for ArcGIS (Enterprise) version 3.0. This functionality is improved and released in Q1 of 2019.
