The published service reflects the source data. The difference between the display in ArcGIS Online and the table view is controlled by the number format. If less decimal places are desired on the service, changed the number format prior to publishing. Alternatively, opt to 'pad with zeroes' to see trailing zeroes in ArcGIS Pro.Solution de contournement
