Bogue
Incorrect date is returned by the Query widget when the layer is published as a map service to ArcGIS Enterprise when the time zone is set as UTC+00:00 Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London.

It is currently as designed in the service. The widget queries dates in UTC from a map/feature service based on the REST API contract. However, when the date time values are passed in a where clause, map/feature service requires that date time values be in the time zone they are stored in the underlying database which is different than the REST API contract's with epoch values.Étapes pour reproduire
