In the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app, the watermark does not honor the specified size on Android devices, which is applied through the documented formula in the Excel sheet and published from Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS.

This issue is not a bug but related to the font used. In the XLS form, the user is using Arial font and this font is not available as a default font of the android system. It depends on the android mobile device the user is using. If they would like to specify a specific font for the watermark, make sure the font is available on the device.
