Bogue
In the statistics table displayed in the Chart Properties pane of histograms, there is only one decimal place for the Sum in ArcGIS Pro 2.8 while there are two or more than two decimal places for the Sum in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.

Set the number format to the desired number of decimal places in Chart Properties.Solution de contournement
- In ArcGIS Pro 2.8, use Summary Statistics by setting the Statics field with the target numeric parameter and Sum Statistic type, and leave the Case field empty. The decimal places in the Sum_"Field Name" column are more than one.
- Use ArcGIS Pro 2.7.
