This is a limitation in the underlying ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript version 4.15 used by Scene Viewer on the Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 deployments. This issue is resolved in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript version 4.18 (released in December 2020). For more information, refer to the 'Order-independent transparency' section at https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/4.18/#order-independent-transparency. Portal for ArcGIS 10.9 and later support order-independent transparency (OIT).Solution de contournement
- Update to Portal for ArcGIS 10.9 or later.
- Use the ArcGIS Online Scene Viewer to visualize the layer (which can still be hosted on the internal ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 infrastructure.)
