In the Parks and Grounds Management solution, the pop-up configuration for the Parks and Grounds Request Manager web map is not preserved when editing the pop-up in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

This is standard ArcGIS behavior. Saving a map in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic containing elements from the new ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, then saving it in the new Map Viewer, breaks the pop-up.
