In the new ArcGIS Dashboards, the labels are not rounded to appropriate values and display several extra digits after the decimal.

This behavior is a known limitation in ArcGIS Online. The following documentation states, "The configuration for the number of decimal places applies only to the fields. The field formatting settings, which affect pop-ups and the attribute table of the layer, do not extend to labeling in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.
