In the Layer Properties dialog box Symbology tab (for feature layer and for raster layer) in the Import dialog box, the layer list in both the feature and raster Import dialog boxes should use the new standard control. The current one has poor support for long layer names, does not show groups, and uses alphabetical order instead of drawing order.
