In the ArcGIS Survey123 web app, the pulldata("@layer") function returns the word 'null' instead of an empty cell as the actual null.

There is a workaround to post-process the 'Location' values extracted using the pulldata() function that works if null values are returned as the text string 'null'. If 'Location' is the pulled data, a second value, 'Location2', is calculated for the final value of Location:

${Location2} = calculate: if(${Location} = 'null', '', ${Location})
