In the ArcGIS Survey123 web app, calculations in a singleline text question type do not reverse geocode the proper information for the user in the text box.

ArcGIS Survey123 populates the questions in the form with the values returned from reverse geocoding. When using ArcGIS World Geocoder, some properties may not be available for the returned feature, or the results may not appear the same. For instance, the match_addr for one location might be a full address, while for another address, it might be the business name. If there is a need to always return an address, set the featureType parameter to PointAddress or StreetAddress.
