In the ArcGIS Server help> Find Address Task, the instructions are incorrect for "Configuring field aliases for the task" if using an address locator in a geodatabase.

Solution de contournement

Copy the address locator from the geodatabase to a folder in ArcCaralog. Browse to the folder in windows and open the .loc file. Make the changes in notepad and save. Then in ArcCatalog browse to the folder and copy the address locator back to the geodatabase. This will create a new copy of the locator in the geodatabase, unless delete the old gdb copy first.
