The issue is not reproducible. If experiencing this behavior, contact Esri Support Services as a new reproduction case to continue the investigation.Solution de contournement
- Navigate to ArcGIS Server Manager > Logs > Settings, and set a different log path. ArcGIS Server will attempt to create that path and will use that location instead. (Monitor and check, depending on the setting)
- Stop ArcGIS Server, delete all lock files from the ArcGIS Server logs folder, and start ArcGIS Server.
