Bogue
In the ArcGIS Instant Apps Sidebar template, the 'Export to CSV' option is not displayed in the attribute table when the Layers tab is closed and the ArcGIS Online profile language is set to Dutch.

This issue is not reproducible.Solution de contournement
- If the ArcGIS Online profile language is set to English, the Export to CSV option remains visible even after closing the Layers tab.
- The issue occurs only in Microsoft Edge. Use other browsers such as Google Chrome or Firefox as a workaround.
