In the ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.10 Sketch widget, setting the mode option in the create() method to click or freehand does not work.

The issue is a timing issue. The Sketch widget can be added and created without having to wait for the view to instantiate. Then call the create method when view is instantiate.The following test app shows that it is working. https://codepen.io/anon/pen/LMvadN?&editable=true&editors=100
