Bogue
In some cases, the Minimum Bounding Geometry tool with the Rectangle by area and the List option does not include all features of the categories within their respective bounding boxes.

If no Advanced license is available for the other options in the Minimum Bounding Geometry tool, run the Points To Line tool using the category field for the Line Field of the tool. The Sort field is not necessary, nor is Closing the line. Use the resulting line feature class as input to the Minimum Bounding Geometry tool with the Rectangle by Area or Rectangle by width option. The MBG_Width field is still set to zero for the same groups, but a rectangle enclosing the entire group is created, although it is much wider than necessary.Étapes pour reproduire
