Bogue

In Portal for ArcGIS, an enterprise username that contains a space or a special character causes the Portal home application to stay in an infinite loop, preventing the user from accessing the page properly.

In Portaladmin > Security > Config, add the following key-value pair:    "enableRemoteUserTokenValidation" : false
