Solution de contournement

- Browse to the item's details page through My Content, copy the item ID from the URL.-Navigate to the ArcGIS Portal content directories using the item id. Example:<a href="file:C:/arcgisportal/content/items/4b3a1b1a75cb495fbcb7f983624df263/esriinfo" target="_blank">C:\arcgisportal\content\items\4b3a1b1a75cb495fbcb7f983624df263\esriinfo</a>-Open the iteminfo.xml file within the esriinfo folder for that item.-Change the URL to include https instead of http.-Go back to the portal item details in the browser. You can now change the URL to the item. The changes will stay after the iteminfo.xml file has been modified.
