In Internet explorer 6 and 7, panning a map in a Web application built using a JavaScript API containing a ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer along with a PictureMarkerSymbol and a SimpleMarkerSymbol can cause the PictureMarkerSymbol to be redrawn in the wrong position relative to the map.
