Bogue
In Forced Cache Organizations, newly added polygons do not visualize at every zoom level, and newly added records to a related table do not visualize until the page is refreshed.

This is expected behavior when an organization has force caching enabled. Please work with Tech Support to ensure best practices are followed to remove forced caching from the organization.Solution de contournement
The workaround would be to refresh the map in order to visualize the new polygon(s) and related record(s).
