In Collector for ArcGIS (Android), users stop getting prompted for credentials from ArcGIS Server services using the web-tier authentication even if users switch accounts and switch back to the previous account.

Solution de contournement

Remove the account and log in via the following method in Collector for ArcGIS (Android). Options > Switch Accounts >Options(next to the user) > Remove. Log in as user prompt for web-tier credentials again.
