Bogue
In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, when a field in a repeat is calculated from a field outside the repeat, editing the field outside the repeat from the inbox in the mobile app only updates the first record of the field within the repeat.

Solution de contournement
When editing in the inbox, click through the repeats so the edit from Text1 outside the repeat is applied to Text3 in all the repeats.
