In ArcGIS Server Cloud Builder 10.4.1 for Microsoft Azure, deploying ArcGIS for Server with SQL Server 2014 returns the following error, "Create failed for Login."

The password contains the username and hence fails strong password requirements. The following error message is generated when using SQMS on the 2014 SQL Server enterprise image in Azure Password validation failed. The password does not meet Windows policy requirements because it is not complex enough. We will add extra validation in Cloud Builder 10.5 to try to block such combinations. This is a challenge since the group policy on Azure Windows images are constantly changing and getting stronger. In the meantime customers should use strong passwords where username is not part of the password.
