In ArcGIS Pro we think the best way to deal with Getting CAD text as GIS Annotation feature class is to make a POINT feature class which contains the REFNAME field. This field has the CAD Text value which you can label using our standard Labeling methods. Now is a label on a point and can be used like any other GIS feature. If you want the CAD annotatation for display purposes you can use add the CAD annotation to your map.Solution de contournement
