In ArcGIS Pro, the 3D Analyst tool of 'Import 3D files' fails with OBJ file having 5 or 10 millions vertices, but works with file having 1 million vertices.

Use CityEngine to drag the OBJ files as static models to a CityEngine scene and export these models to File Geodatabase or SLPK for example:
