Bogue
In ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x, the Feature Class To Feature Class tool fails and returns the error message, "Error 000278: Invalid type for fields ELEMENT and ZORDER fields" for annotation feature classes.

This issue is fixed in the Export Features tool in ArcGIS Pro 3.1. The Feature Class To Feature Class tool is deprecated in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and no longer receives further enhancements or bug fixes. The functionality of the Feature Class to Feature Class tool is replaced by the Export Features Tool.
