Bogue
In ArcGIS Pro 2.8.2 OpenGL Display settings, selecting 1 out of 3 lines in a feature class selects all lines when the line width is set to 1pt in ArcGIS Pro Global Scene Project.

- In ArcGIS Pro, navigate to Options.
- Under Application, select Display > Rendering Engine.
- Select DirectX.
Note: Although this is a workaround, the behavior should not occur with the OpenGL option.
