In ArcGIS Pro 2.1.2, the Download Map button is not enabled when a sync-enabled feature service is added to an existing map by right-clicking the service from the catalog view.

This problem is not reproducible with the current version of ArcGIS Pro 2.3. Right-click a feature service that supports extract data and sync and click Add To , and then when activating that map view, the Download Map button is enabled.

Solution de contournement

  1. Add the service by clicking and dragging from the Catalog pane.
  2. Add the service to the current map by right-clicking on the service in the Catalog window.
