In ArcGIS Pro 1.2, if the licensing type is set to Single Use or Concurrent Use, and the user is not signed in to ArcGIS Online, the following message displays, "The Esri Update service is temporarily unavailable."

Solution de contournement

Workaround 1: Download ArcGIS Pro 1.3 manually from the My Esri website. Workaround 2: Switch the licensing type to ArcGIS Online, and log in with an organizational account to update the software. Workaround 3: Log in to ArcGIS Online.
