In ArcGIS Online Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, when the Near Me widget is set to open when app starts, links created through the Share widget which uses URL parameters to query a feature are not able load with the pop-up open and the feature selected in Internet Explorer.

Option 1: Set the Near Me widget to be closed when the app starts. Option 2: Reload the link until the pop-up appears.
