Bogue
In ArcGIS Online, pop-ups do not work in the presentation mode for hosted data which has the Date field(s) populated if the organization’s Region is Canada and Number or Date format setting is ‘CAN-CAN’ OR ‘US-US’.

The presentation mode in Map Viewer Classic has been deprecated. Use the ArcGIS Instant App Exhibit template instead, which is a new and better option with improved functionality. - Remove or hide the date field in the layer's pop-up configuration.
- Switch the profile settings so that the Region and Date or Number format match. For example, CAN – CAN or US – US. (Note: This must be repeated for each login session.)
- Explore other presentation options to display your maps to your audience. For example, using ArcGIS StoryMaps, ArcGIS Experience Builder, a configurable app template, or ArcGIS for PowerPoint to create a presentable map.
