Bogue
In ArcGIS Notebook Server, the portal administrator is unable to edit or delete a user's scheduled task if the Schedule notebooks permission has been disabled from a custom role.

This behavior is by design. Even though an administrator has the privileges, this behavior is to make sure the user that owns the task has privileges for scheduling and executing notebook tasks. Please see the suggested workarounds.Solution de contournement
- Reenable the Schedule notebooks permission for the custom role to allow the administrator to edit or delete the task. If the custom role does not require the Schedule notebooks permission, disable it again after updating the task.
- Change the owner of the notebook to the portal administrator to edit or delete the task. If the owner of the notebook needs to be the member who created it, then change ownership back to the member with the custom role.
