In ArcGIS Maps for Office 4.1 (on Excel) when attempting to aggregate areas using a ZIP Code location type, after selecting 'Add data' a pivot table is generated but no map is created.

Solution de contournement

Copy the ZIP Code values to another field, name the field and use this field to perform the Aggregate function. This operation only seems to work with a copy of the data to style by.
