Bogue
In ArcGIS Instant Apps, the Enter button on the cover page becomes unresponsive if it is not clicked immediately when the app includes an ArcGIS Enterprise service requiring sign-in.

- Use only services not requiring sign-in in the web map (services shared with everyone in the portal or secured services with stored credentials).
