Bogue
In ArcGIS for Excel, the ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise data connections are lost after logging in again with the Portal for ArcGIS's account in the Microsoft Excel file.

Solution de contournement
When logging into ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise, select ‘Keep me signed in'.
However, the 'Keep me signed in' option is not available using the ArcGIS organization's URL dropdown and organizations using SAML login.
