In ArcGIS Field Maps Designer, when saving the form to a feature layer with related tables, it does not retain the form configurations when adding records in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app.

To enable the related table form configurations to appear in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app as desired, use the following workflow:

1. Open the Web Map in Map Viewer within ArcGIS Online.
2. Select Tables, then select the desired related table.
3. In the Properties pane, select the dropdown for the Information section.
4. Select Manage table properties.
5. Select Disconnect table properties.
6. Save the web map.
   1. Upon reloading the web map in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app, adding a related table record for a feature should now reflect the form configurations set in ArcGIS Field Maps Designer for the related table.
