In ArcGIS Exprience Builder, the button link to a block is broken when changing to a custom layout mode.

Once changed to the custom layout, the block in the custom page is not the same as the original, and it can be seen as different widgets. Thus, the behavior is currently inevitable. To work around it, add a new Button widget to the custom page and link to the new block to make it work, but they must be configured separately.
