Bogue
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the pop-up causes the map to go blank on Samsung S20 FE (Android 13) and older devices with earlier Android versions, and the map redisplays when the pop-up is closed.

Reproducibility:
• Reproducible: Samsung S20 FE with Android 13 (customers have experienced the issue on other older devices with earlier Android versions as well).
• Not Reproducible: Tested on other devices, including the iPhone 14, Samsung S22 Ultra, Google Pixel 7, Samsung Z Flip, and Google Pixel 8 with Android Version 14, where the issue was not observed.
