Bogue
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the filter applied on a scene layer hosted on services.arcgis.com does not work. If the scene layer is hosted on tiles.arcgis.com, it works.

- Share the 3D layer as a web layer on ArcGIS Online.
- In the share panel, disable the feature option.
- Enable cache locally.
- In ArcGIS Online Content, the user have 2 items: Scene Layer (hosted) and Scene Layer Package.
- In the Scene Layer item description, the URL indicates: tiles.arcgis.com.
- Add the Scene Layer to a Locale 3D Scene Viewer, click on the layer properties and filter the data. The layer is filtered.
- Save the Web Scene.
- Open ArcGIS Experience Builder and add the Scene: the Scene Layer is also correctly filtered.
