Bogue
In ArcGIS Desktop, if a network disruption occurs while a license is checked-out and the program is closed before reconnecting, the License Manager is not returned immediately when reconnected.

The actual time for the License Manager to pull back these licenses is 2 hours. This is to allow a user to continue working without hindrance and lose work as a result of bad network issues.Solution de contournement
Go to License Server Administrator > select Force Check-in for the license once the machine is reconnected to the network.
