Bogue
In ArcGIS Collector (Android), when opening an ArcGIS Survey123 link with a custom URL scheme to pre-populate fields, the fields containing special characters such as "#" are not passed to the ArcGIS Survey123 mobile app.

This is expected behavior. The solution is to utilize an Arcade expression using the UrlEncode function to encode the value from the popup. This article discusses the use of an Arcade function to remove special characters from fields prior to passing them through to the survey. It requires a find and replace statement for every special character, and changes the data.
