Bogue
In apps created using configurable app templates and ArcGIS Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5.1 and 10.6.x portals, the services will disappear or become unresponsive after 30 minutes of sitting idle in the application if the app accesses the services using Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA).
